Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's how you can be sure you made the right decision. If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it or exchange the item. A return must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Our Exchange Process
If you would like to request an exchange, contact us and include your name, order number and the item you would like to exchange original one for.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
We do not charge a restocking fee! But unfortunately we can't offer both ways free shipping and return shipping cost will be on you.
How To Prepare A ReturnTo return any item to Viomart, follow the steps below:
- DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG. We won't accept items with removed original tag.
- Return Authorization. All returns need to be authorized. It will help us to address them and issue refunds in timely manner. Please, send us an email, provide your order number and we will respond you with return instructions (and return authorization number in some cases).
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material and return form, if one was provided. Use instructions and return address we emailed you.
- Insure Your Package. Send your package via insured method with a tracking number to make sure, that your shipment has reached Viomart.
- Tracking Number. Please, email us the tracking number, and we will keep an eye on the return delivery progress.
